Refund policy

No refunds or changes to the order can be made after the shipping label has been created for the order. We ship via UPS Ground and require a signature from a person of 21+ years. If someone is not able to sign for the delivery, UPS will reattempt to deliver.  After 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.  If you request us to reship your order, you will be charged an additional $50 for shipping costs to cover the cost of the return label and the new shipping label.  To avoid additional costs, we recommend that you create a UPS account to manage your shipments.

Damaged bottles very rarely happen, but in the event that you should have a broken bottle or damaged delivery issue, just email us at hello@mustbegoodwine.com within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the problem to your complete satisfaction.
