Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Of course! You can pause or cancel your subscription any time before the 10th of the month when subscriptions renew. After the 10th, we unfortunately cannot make changes to your order, including shipping address.

We ship via UPS Ground and generally cannot ship priority. However, if you're in a pinch and need something quickly please send us an email at mustbegoodwine@gmail.com

*We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, signature is required for all shipments.

The wine club is curated monthly, with a cutoff date of the 10th. All orders begin processing on the 15th of each month, and will ship within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground. If you need something on the fly, please email us at mustbegoodwine@gmail.com.

Someone 21 or older must be present to accept and sign for the wine, and you may need to provide a valid form of photo identification with birthdate. If we cannot verify your age or identity, we may refuse to furnish you with alcohol. Alcohol cannot be left unattended.

UPS will make 3 attempts on consecutive days. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be held at a local UPS location for 5 days for pickup. If it isn't picked up, it will be returned to us.

You can sign up for UPS alerts to manage your deliveries and place packages on hold if you know that you won't be home to accept the delivery.

Hint: UPS delivers during work hours, so try shipping to your office.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Giving the gift of wines is GENIUS and we'd be delighted to help you put together the perfect gift for any occasion. Our sommelier services is meant to assist with custom gifting and curation.

We love a party! MBG can help you with a larger, curated order. If you are local to Miami, our sommelier services can do even more, like pouring for the event or doing a sommelier-led tasting.
